The business representative responded immediately to my inquiry and scheduled at a time convenient to me. The crew arrived on time and went right to work. They stayed on task and did a very very thorough cleaning job. The cost was reasonable given the extent and quality of the work performed. I was concerned when I received an late payment invoice a few days after they had cleaned my home because I paid by check on the day of the cleaning. I made a phone call and the issue was resolved.

They had wonderful customer service and spent the entire day doing a thorough cleaning. Everything looked great at first. Unfortunately, when putting things away, I noticed places throughout the house that they missed. They came back and cleaned one area. I cleaned the other areas because I saw them later. Overall, though, they were good and I would use them again.

My Christmas gift was one cleaning visit. They did a superb job of getting me organized and cleaning my house. That's all it took to get me hooked. More than 10 visits later and I still feel Pristine Clean provides an excellent service at a great price! To top it off, the workers found a $20 under a bed and returned it. Try them, you won't be sorry.

Great!! I had some stains in the carpet and couch that I was scared wouldn’t come out and they were able to get them out. They were courteous and did a great job.
